Terms and Conditions

Thank you for selecting Boriken Limbers, LLC.   

Our terms and conditions stated serve as the contract between the customer and us. Once deposit and or full payment is made online or in person, the customer is agreeing to these terms and conditions.  Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.     

Payments  

Deposit is required for catering services. Your 15% deposit reserves the date and is non-refundable.  All payments are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event.      

Catering Reservations  

All Catering orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance, this allows appropriate time for preparation.  The 15% deposit is due within 24 hours of placing orders and is NON-REFUNDABLE.  If deposits are not received within 24 hours, your order and date will automatically be cancelled.  Orders must be submitted via email or website.  All orders are required in writing, this ensures clarity, transparency, and efficient communication.         

Rights and Waivers for food  

Please be advised that Boriken Limbers, LLC  is not responsible for any damages to the food and after it is received by the customer.  Once the order has been approved and leaves my residence, it is no longer Boriken Limbers, LLC responsibility. No refunds.    

Food Allergy Advisory

Please be advised that Limbers and Desserts may contain eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, cinnamon, wheat, flavorings and other allergens.  It is the customers responsibility to alert Boriken Limbers, LLC of any food allergies prior to ordering.  Boriken Limbers, LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions.
